Planter Box

Our new planter box!

Director’s News

Spring weather is finally here.  Please be sure to dress your child appropriately for the weather each day.  Some days are windy and cooler in the morning so a light jacket should be worn to the center.

We are excited about our new planter box that Mr. Chad and Mrs. Jennifer built for us.  The children will be planting various vegetables for us to enjoy.  They will be learning about how to plant and care for vegetables.

Our new website is up and running.  Please check it out at:

We still have Girl Scout cookies for sale in the office. They are $4 a box, and can be paid to Mary when you take them home.

Some friendly reminders that apply to all classrooms:

  • Check parent pockets daily
  • Sign your child in/out daily
  • Make sure your child has  bedding and extra (weather appropriate) clothing
  • Bring bedding home weekly to be washed and returned on Monday
  • Apply sunscreen on your child each morning, and return sunscreen permission slip forms

  • 5/11 Mother’s Day
  • 5/26 Memorial Day
  • 6/15 Father’s Day
  • 7/4 Fourth of July

Infant News

The infants showing how much they’ve grown.

Ms. Beth has been enjoying watching each infant grow into a toddler. She is excited to be able to take the children outside more each day as the weather gets warmer. She would like to remind you to make sure your child has extra clothes, so they may participate in some light water play, weather permitting.

Cooper with sensory bottles.

In the next couple of months the infants will be exploring with all of their senses. They will also be doing some spring and summertime art, including flowers, butterflies, the beach, ocean and sunshine.
